Order & Payment
How can I place an order?
Simply select your desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process. There you will enter your shipping and payment details and complete the order.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna (depending on availability), as well as other options displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible for this.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified for the product.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed to you at checkout. We offer free shipping above a certain order value.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
What happens if I'm not home?
The delivery person usually attempts another delivery or leaves the shipment at a branch office or a packing station.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
Who bears the cost of return shipping?
You bear the cost of return shipping yourself, unless otherwise stated.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the amount via the originally chosen payment method.
Products & Availability
Are all products in stock?
Generally, yes. If a product is not available, this will be displayed accordingly in the shop.
Can there be delivery delays?
In individual cases, delays may occur due to high demand or external factors. In such cases, we will inform you immediately.
How can I be sure that the products meet my expectations?
We place great emphasis on detailed product descriptions and high-quality images so that you know exactly what to expect.

My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged goods and packaging so that we can find a quick solution.
I received the wrong goods – what now?
