A. Right of withdrawal information

Introduction
Consumers are granted a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where “consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly attributable to their commercial or self‑employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hosta Werk für Schokolade‑Spezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG, Greutstr. 9, 74597 Stimpfach, Germany, Tel.: 07967‑1530, E‑mail: info@hosta‑group.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or by e‑mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14‑day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods which is due to a handling of the goods not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist in contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre‑manufactured, where individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive for their production, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address, at the time of conclusion of the contract, lie outside the European Union.
